We stumbled upon these vintage mugshots taken in the 1920s, and despite the pictures being of criminals of their time, you have to appreciate the early photography, and historical significance. What’s fascinating is how we have changed as a nation, some arrests accounting for acts that are now legal, such as selling liquor.
